How to Order

Please use the contact us page and provide the following details:

-Contact Name

-Date of Event

-Location

-Product Code

-Quantity required (minimum: 12 for standard, 24 for mini)

-Cookie flavour (gingerbread or vanilla)

-Any special requirements

For customisations please provide details on what you are after, the price will be given to you based on your requirements.

Timetable

For orders under 50 please give at least 2 weeks notice before the required date, and for orders over 50 at least 1 month notice so we can have enough time to prepare, bake and decorate your order.

Payment

We currently only accept payments via electronic bank transfer and PayPal. For all orders we require a 40% deposit so we can start baking, once order is confirmed and then the remaining balance at least 1 week before the required date, if it hasn’t been paid already.

Cancellation Policy

-More than 3 months prior to the event: 50% of the deposit refunded only.

-Less than 3 months prior to the event: No refund of deposit, but will refund the remaining balance of full amount if already paid.

-1 week or less (or no notice at all): No refund given.

Cancellations can be made via phone or email.

Packaging

All cookies are packaged in clear plastic bags with ribbon, except for those in jars and gift boxes or by request from the customer. For the cookies that are sent via post, we carefully wrap our cookies in tissue paper and bubble wrap, and package them in plastic boxes so they have the best possible chance of reaching you undamaged

Delivery and Pick Up

Gingerbread Corner is based in the South East suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria. Currently we only offer free pick up at Chadstone Shopping Centre. We can also offer delivery which is quoted as an additional fee and is based upon mileage. If you are interstate, please let us know and we will quote you the postage and handling fee.
